Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement and Term
You accept these terms when you submit a signed Booking Form.
The partnership runs for the term listed in the Booking Form.
You get first option to renew, subject to new agreed terms.
2. Partnership Amount and Payment
The partnership fee is the amount listed in your signed Booking Form.
Any changes must be agreed in writing.
Payment must be made by the date on the invoice, using the methods accepted by the organiser.
For multi-year partnerships, future payment dates must be agreed in writing.
3. Instalments and Defaults
Instalments may be allowed at the organiser’s discretion.
If you fail to pay on time, the organiser may terminate the agreement immediately.
4. Entitlements
You will receive the benefits listed in the Event Partner Proposal Document for your selected level.
5. Event Changes and Cancellations (Liability)
The organiser is not liable for changes to the event, attendance levels, or any third-party actions.
If the event is cancelled:
Before you receive benefits you will receive a full refund.
After some benefits delivered, your refund will be pro-rated based on what was already provided.
6. Liability Limits
The organiser’s total liability is capped at the amount you paid.
They are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities).
7. Intellectual Property and Marketing
If you provide materials, you guarantee they don’t infringe others’ IP and you indemnify the organiser if they do.
You grant the organiser a temporary, royalty-free licence to use your materials for the partnership.
You may be asked to supply marketing assets for event promotion.
All organiser IP remains theirs and can’t be used without permission.
8. Confidentiality
You must keep the organiser’s confidential information private, even after the agreement ends.
9. GST
Prices are generally GST-exclusive.
GST must be paid in addition if applicable.
10. Termination
If certain “Default Events” occur (e.g., insolvency, non-payment), the organiser may terminate immediately and all unpaid amounts become due.
11. General Terms
The organiser may assign or subcontract their rights; you may not without written approval.
Force majeure events may allow suspension or extension of obligations.
Invalid clauses don’t affect the rest of the agreement.
Notices must be in writing and sent to the addresses in the Booking Form.
The agreement doesn’t create a partnership or agency relationship.
NSW law applies.
