Narromine Regional Business Awards 2026

The Narromine Business Collective is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and professional caterers to provide catering services for the Narromine Regional Business Awards, to be held on:

Saturday, 1st August 2026
USMC, Narromine
Approximately 250 guests

This prestigious evening celebrates and recognises the outstanding contributions of businesses across our region and is a key event in our annual calendar. We are seeking a caterer who can deliver a high-quality, seamless dining experience for this special occasion.

Catering Requirements

Successful applicants will be required to provide:

• Roaming canapés on arrival

• Table starters, such as sliders or shared-style entrée offerings

• Dessert bar service

• Professional presentation and high-quality food service throughout the evening

Supplier Responsibilities

Caterers must be fully self-sufficient, including the provision of:

• All serveware

• Plates and napkins

• Waitstaff and service personnel

• Any additional equipment required for service

Submission Guidelines

Expressions of Interest should include:

• Business profile and relevant experience with events of a similar scale

• Sample menu concepts for the above requirements

• Indicative pricing structure

• Confirmation of availability for the event date

• Details of all services and inclusions provided
