EOI - Photographer
The Narromine Business Collective is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and professional photographers to capture the inaugural Narromine Region Business Awards, to be held on:
Saturday, 1st August 2026
USMC, Narromine
5:00pm – 9:00pm
Approximately 250 guests
This prestigious evening celebrates and recognises the outstanding contributions of businesses across our region. We are seeking a photographer who can deliver high-quality, natural and professional imagery that reflects the energy, pride and excitement of this special event.
Photography Requirements
Successful applicants will be required to provide:
A full gallery of high-resolution and web-resolution images
Awards presentation photos, including all winners with their sponsors
Crowd and atmosphere images, including mingling and candid moments
Detail shots of styling, setup, signage and the venue
Short social media video snippets (5–10 secs) are highly desirable
A consistent photography style: light, bright and natural, with no heavy filters
Photographer Responsibilities
Photographers must be able to provide:
All required equipment suitable for low-light indoor environments
Professional conduct and the ability to direct staged photos when needed
Timely delivery of the full gallery (please include expected turnaround time)
Permission for images to be used by the Narromine Business Collective and sponsors for event-related promotion
Submission Guidelines
Expressions of Interest should include:
A business profile and relevant experience photographing events
A portfolio or examples of previous work
A quote for the full event
Confirmation of availability for 1 August 2026
Details of all services and inclusions provided
Turnaround time for delivering the final image gallery
Whether video snippets are included
